Freeloader – a Linux live DVD/USB image that boots into XBMC ideal for the TV. It features the popular Navi-X and icefilms add-ons.

Freeloader features Xfce desktop environment as a background and ships some pre-installed applications, such as: Firefox, GIMP, Thunar file manager, Audacious audio player, VLC Media Player, Evince, Synaptic and a few emulators: Dolphin-emu, FCEUX, PCSX, ZSNES.

The Freeloader 4 is based on Ubuntu 12.04.
The project developer is Thomas Yeomans.

Freeloader 2022 is based on Linux Mint and available to amd64 machines only.
