Antergos – a modern Linux distribution based on Arch Linux. It is a continuation of the Cinnarch project, which was discontinued at the end of April 2013.

Antergos offers Cinnamon, GNOME, KDE, MATE, Openbox and Xfce desktops as desktop option to choose during installation process.
The system features a graphical installer called “Cnchi”, which allows to choose the default desktop environment.

Antergos is a rolling release and, like Arch Linux, does not need to be reinstalled with the new installation discs.
ISO images are available for 64-bit machines only.

As of May 21, 2019 a project member posted that the development of the distribution is discontinued.
