VzLinux – a free, open source Linux distribution built on the Red Hat Enterprise Linux source code.
VzLinux is optimized to run in high-volume system containers, virtual environments, and as a bare-metal image. It is also supported as a guest OS under various hypervisors (Virtuozzo, OpenVZ and KVM) with templates on hyperscaler platforms.
The project also provides a ready-to-use tool for simple and immediate conversion from CentOS 8 to VzLinux 8, as well as the ability to convert CentOS 7 directly to VzLinux 8.
VzLinux is a product of Virtuozzo International GmbH, located in Switzerland.
