MACH BOOT (“Mach” as in “Supersonic Speed”) – a Linux distribution, based on Debian GNU/Linux, shipped with the Linux kernel 2.6.16, X.Org 7.0 and IceWM window manager.

MACH BOOT claims to be the fastest booting live Linux distro ever, it could boot in 5.68 seconds from power on to X server and a window manager.

The project founder is Jun Okajima.
