LispOS – an operating system written in, but especially inspired by Common Lisp and its interactive environment, by Robert Strandh. It was under development until about 2018.

There is also LispOS developed between 1997 and 1999, hosted on tunes.org, and targeted to Lisp Machines:
LispOS was a project to revive the still unequalled systems that ran on Lisp Machines of the past (such as the still surviving Genera) this time making it free and running on standard/cheap hardware, instead of proprietary and requiring non-standard/expensive hardware.
