epiOS – a Gentoo based GNU/Linux distribution designed and optimized for VIA Epia systems. It’s developed to detect and support all integrated hardware.
epiOS Desktop Edition comes with all applications for everyday usage like: Open Office Suite, Personal Information Management, Instant Messenger, Desktop Publishing, Gimp Graphic Suite (supports SMP), CD/DVD Authoring, Multimedia applications, Firefox and Konqueror Internet applications.
The project developer is Daniel Heemann.
