Cubuntu – a remix of the Ubuntu distribution, developed since 2012. The author of the project is Eric Kranich.
The default desktop is Cinnamon, but other environments are also available, such as Unity and MATE.
Cubuntu is equipped with additional proprietary drivers, plugins and multimedia codecs, the Google-Chrome web browser and the Skype communicator.
Separate iso carriers are available with French and multilingual.
Cubuntu is available for 64-bit machines.
