Oz Unity – an Ubuntu based Linux distribution created for new Linux or computing users in general.

It is an intuitive to use, virus and spyware free operating system with applications that the majority of users would require on a day-to-day basis and which could easily be tailored to any individuals needs.

Oz Unity has a great selection of top-notch, pre-configured software, and a website forum that is very helpful and supportive.
OZ Unity uses the Unity interface of Ubuntu as the default graphical desktop environment. As the Live DVD has approximately 3.5GB in size, it contains a plethora of open source applications and utilities, ranging from web browsers and email clients to multimedia players and games.

It was first created 1st January 2000 with the intention of simplifying the Linux environment for new adoptees.
