LinTerm – a Polish Linux distribution, created by Kamil Pawelak.

LinTerm is based on RPM packages, uses only text environment, and is targeted to users who have some more experience with Linux command line environment. The distribution works as a live CD, with an option of installation on a hard drive.

Because it does not use any graphical environment, it should works on most machines with very low power.

LinTerm uses ext3 file system as default, but it supports reiserfs, xfs, jfs and more. The distro offers its own packaging system called ‘plt’ and a package manager (with no name).

LinTerm and most packages is released under GNU GPL license.
