FluXuan – a Devuan based Linux distribution which is trying to bring your old computer / laptop back to life.
FluXuan started with simplicity in mind and to support those computers that you keep in the cupboard and you completely forgot about. FluXuan only needs 256 mb of ram and 8 to 10 gig of space, fits on a 700 mb cd.
Programs installed in FluXuan are:
– Gufw – Firewall
– Sakura – Lightweight Terminal Emulator
– IceCat Browser – Based on Firefox but Lightweight and fast
– Lxappearance – to change Appearance and Themes
– Lxrandr – So you can set your screen Resolution and or Refresh Rate
– Menumaker – to provide automatic menus
– Preload – Registers what programs you use mostly and helps with memory allocation
– Leafpad – lightweight notepad like for Linux
– MPV – like vlc but lighter
– xscreensaver – ScreenSaver
– wicd – Network Manager
– PulseAudio – Audio Card
