MacMach – the Mach 3.0 micro-kernel with the CMU UX single server and BSD/Tahoe utilities. The kernel version is MK83 and the server is UX28.

The MacMach runs on the Macintosh machines: II, IIx, IIci, IIfx, SE/30, ClassicII at least 8MB ram, at least 80MB disk (300MB for full+sources).

Licenses: BSD4.3/Mach2.5 Unix Source license (for UX and BSD/Tahoe utilities). Non-redistribution / personal-use-only agreement with Apple (for MK).

The MacMach successors are MkLinux, OS X and PureDarwin.
