Frenzy – a FreeBSD based operating system for system administrators.
It contains software for hardware tests, file system check, security check and network setup and analysis.
The system can work in live mode and can be installed on a hard drive too.

Frenzy is available in two flavours:
– Lite – includes text based system and tools only
– Standard – bigger version which contains X Server, Fluxbox window manager and some extra applications as well.

The last version 1.4 Lite was released in May 2012.
The last full version with pre-installed GUI is 1.3, which was released in July 2010.
