Condorux – a meta-distribution of the GNU/Linux operating system, the first version is originally based on KNOPPIX, which in turn it is based on Debian.
This distribution has been adapted and modified to be distributed with software commonly used. This meta-distribution is a way of presenting free software to people who have not had any contact with this type of software, allowing them to experiment and work with it without installation on a computer’s hard drive.
CONDORUX is licensed under the GNU/GPL license, so you can redistribute, modify, copy and study this software under the terms of this license.
The first version (0.1) had preinstalled the following software:

– GNOME 2

– Kernel 2.4.20
– Gimp 1.2.3

– mozilla 1.3.1

Condorux was developed by the Peruvian Association of Free Software (APESOL).
