PureOS – a bootable GNU/Linux LiveCD based on the Debian testing repository.
It is a desktop distribution that can be used as live media (CD or USB) or as a fully functional operating system installed on a hard drive.
PureOS uses exclusively free and open-source software and is supported by the Free Software Foundation.
System requirements:
– USB drive
– 64-bit processor
– Minimum 1GB of RAM
– Minimum 15GB of disk space
The project has been developed since 2009 (?) by members of the Purism community.
