CDlinux – small in size Linux distribution based on Slackware. It ships with up-to-date version of the Linux kernel, Xorg, Xfce, and many popular applications. It has good i18n/locale support.

It aims to be a handy administration/rescue tool for system administrators as well as general users. It’s highly user configurable, supports a wide range of hardware (PCMCIA, SCSI, USB, etc.) and many networking protocols (FTP, SSH, NFS, SMB, DHCP, etc.).

CDlinux supports a few locales in Live mode, including Simplified Chinese.

The last version of CDlinux was released in March 2012.
